Help & FAQ
Short answers to the questions players ask most. If yours is not here, contact us and we will reply by email.
Glide Coins and money
Does anything on Glidebomb cost money?
No. There is no shop, no checkout, no card form and no subscription anywhere on Glidebomb. Everything is free.
Can I buy more Glide Coins?
No. Glide Coins cannot be bought at all. Members receive 25,000 when they register, the airfield hands out more, and a free refill tops a low purse back up to 5,000.
Can Glide Coins be exchanged for money, vouchers or goods?
No. Glide Coins have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged, sold, transferred to another player or turned into anything outside the game.
Can I win anything of value?
No. There are no prizes of any kind and nothing of monetary value can be won. Playing or success at social casino games does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
Accounts
Can I play without an account?
Yes. Every game opens in demo mode with 20,000 practice credits. Demo progress is not saved and the credits reset when you leave the page.
Where is my account stored?
In the browser where you registered, on that device only. Nothing about your play is sent to our server. That is why your progress does not follow you to another phone or computer.
I forgot my password. What now?
Use the recovery key you received when you registered on the Reset your password page. Because we do not hold your account, we cannot reset it by email.
How do I delete my account?
Open your logbook, choose Your data and tap Delete my account. Everything stored with it is removed from this browser straight away.
Who can register?
Adults aged 18 or over who live in the United Kingdom. We ask for your date of birth during registration and refuse anyone under 18.
Games
How are results decided?
By your browser's cryptographic random number generator, at the moment you tap. The animation then shows that result at an even pace. Read more on How games work.
Is there autoplay or a turbo mode?
No. Every round, bonus spins included, starts with your tap.
What do Gentle, Steady and Stormy mean?
They describe how a game behaves. Gentle games return small amounts often, stormy games go quiet for longer and return more when they land, and steady games sit in between.
Breaks and wellbeing
How do I take a break?
Open your logbook and choose Take a break. Pick 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 6 months. The account stays locked on this device until the break ends, and it cannot be cancelled early.
Where can I get help with gambling?
The National Gambling Helpline run by GamCare is free on 0808 8020 133, 24 hours a day. GAMSTOP offers free self-exclusion from UK gambling sites. More organisations are listed on our Responsible play page.
