Every round starts with your tap

Why Glidebomb has no autoplay, no turbo button and no reel that slows down to tease you.

When we sketched the first Glidebomb games we wrote one rule on the whiteboard before anything else: a round only starts when a person asks for it. That rule is still there, and it shapes more of the site than you might expect.

There is no autoplay. You will not find a setting that spins fifty times while you make a cup of tea, and there is no turbo mode that squeezes a round into a blink. Bonus spins wait for you too — each one has its own tap, with the number left shown on the button.

We also do not tease. Reel stops are decided the moment you tap, before anything moves, and the reels show that result at an even pace. A reel never slows down because two bonus symbols happen to be showing, and we never print "so close" messages. If a line did not land, the game simply says so.

None of this makes the games less fun. It makes them easier to put down, which is exactly what a game played for a currency with no cash value should be. If you ever want a longer pause, open your logbook and choose Take a break.
